By accessing or using Learn Your Way Tiếng Việt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Learn Your Way Tiếng Việt provides online Vietnamese language learning content including articles, audio lessons, slide presentations, quizzes, and mindmaps. Access is available in two tiers:

• Free access: available to registered users, subject to monthly verification.
• Lifetime access: a one-time payment grants unlimited, permanent access to all content.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through PayPal.
• Lifetime access is a one-time, non-recurring payment.
• Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. Contact us at support@learnyourwayviet.com.
• Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change. Existing lifetime access holders are not affected by price changes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others.
• Reproduce, distribute, or resell content from the Service without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content in bulk.
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the security of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including articles, audio, slides, quizzes, and illustrations — is owned by Learn Your Way Tiếng Việt or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content for private study only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be completely accurate at all times. Language learning outcomes depend on the effort and time invested by the learner.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learn Your Way Tiếng Việt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, but these Terms will continue to apply.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
